RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

All approved returns are issued as store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions along with a return shipping label.  Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. 

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item contact us immediately at returns@amyrishyacinths.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.  

SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please first request a return.

Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your desired item using your store credit.  

REFUNDS
